Transformed an active parking structure into a live performance venue with custom staging and a press conference set inspired by Gunna's album - The Last Wun. Managed the build under tight facility limits, overseeing turf installation and a hand-painted 40-foot brand logo.

Built a raw mud-and-gravel construction site, a scale miniature parking lot, and an interactive elevator rig with sliding wall modules designed to swipe in real time on camera.

Designed and oversaw the '#FitCheck' fashion environment—one of four featured sets for TikTok’s live broadcast special. Used rhythmic spatial repetition to create a minimalist yet playful walk-in wardrobe, balancing clean architectural sightlines with pairing a clean minimalist layout with playful colors and functional talent circulation for live streaming.
